Part 2 — Super Administrators (/admin Joomla)
The platform administration area is accessible at the following address:
https://cambodia-eis.gimsys.net/administrator/
This interface is based on the Joomla CMS.
For general use of the administration interface (login, content management, menus, users, etc.), please refer to the official Joomla documentation:
Permission Management
In the Manage Users section, it is possible to modify the groups associated with a user.
For each ministry, two sub-groups are available:
- _Dashboard: provides access to the ministry-specific dashboard.
- _Form: allows access to and completion of the ministry’s forms.
The Super Users group allows access to all dashboards and forms across all ministries.
Platform-Specific Management (Modules)
In addition to standard Joomla features, the platform uses specific modules for dashboards.
In the Modules section, the “Dashboard Special Form” module allows configuration of default dashboard settings.
The available settings include:
- Alert threshold percentage (+/- %):
This parameter defines the variation threshold considered as an alert. By default, it is set to ±10%, but it can be adjusted according to needs.
- Moving Average Period:
This parameter defines the number of years used to calculate the moving average.
By default, it is set to 3 years, but it can be increased or decreased.
